What you can expect from the Pippa Beginner class:

Detailed explanation of each move, including safety precautions: how to fall, how to protect yourself, and how to identify fatigue. Specific training sequences to help build strength for both the next and current levels. A dedicated warm-up for the moves taught in the class.

The Level 1 Beginner class is suitable for complete beginners to one-year learners. Students will learn the fundamentals of mid-air and core position for the pull-up bar, the pull-up bar, and the standing position.

Preparatory Course:

No experience to some experience
